Functions
- To serve, process, coordinate and monitor all complaints relating to the services of Kajang Municipal Council to the public
- To be responsible in making and releasing press statements on matters related to Kajang Municipal Council
- o handle the books, news brochures, reports and campaigns about Kajang Municipal Council
- To manage and organise all official ceremonies of Kajang Municipal Council in terms of the protocol, invitation cards, souvenir book, speech text and the media
- To gather newspaper articles related to Kajang Municipal Council
- To be responsible in establishing bilateral relations with the government, private and corporate departments
- To prepare reports required by the MPKj Monitoring Exco to be presented at the State Executive Council Meeting
- To plan and provide campaigns and educational seminars for school students, local and private universities and residents' committee
